From the moment I arrived at this luxurious hotel, I was amazed by the outstanding personal service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly unforgettable. The suite I was upgraded to was spacious and clean, despite being a little dated. The hotel is conveniently located next to an exclusive shopping mall, providing a high-end shopping experience. The service at the lounge was exceptional, with attentive staff remembering my name and preferences. The hotel even packed me a breakfast when I had to leave early for a tour.
There were additional charges for access to the lounge, which was a bit expensive.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a dream for shopaholics, with a high-end designer brand shopping mall just steps away. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered great facilities, including a gym and spa to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The hotel was lacking in accessible features for those with physical handicaps, which could be improved to cater to a wider range of guests.

Exceptional luxury awaits you at this hotel! the outstanding service and exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the indoor swimming pool is a delight - well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. the spa lounge is relaxing and offers a variety of health and beauty treatments. We especially enjoyed the private facilities in our room, which we won't forget anytime soon.
The restaurant served delicious dinner and a tasty breakfast with friendly staff. Cons: the only minor issue we faced was the limited live entertainment available, but honestly, this is not the reason why we came to this hotel.
