From the moment I arrived at this luxurious hotel, I was amazed by the outstanding personal service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly unforgettable. The suite I was upgraded to was spacious and clean, despite being a little dated. The hotel is conveniently located next to an exclusive shopping mall, providing a high-end shopping experience. The service at the lounge was exceptional, with attentive staff remembering my name and preferences. The hotel even packed me a breakfast when I had to leave early for a tour.
There were additional charges for access to the lounge, which was a bit expensive.

The hotel offers a great transportation service, including airport pick, up and drop, off. the staff is friendly and the check, in/out process is efficient. the rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful European, style decor. the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and local eateries nearby.
The internet service was limited and I found it difficult to access certain websites. Additionally, some taxi drivers in the area were known to overcharge tourists.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a dream for shopaholics, with a high-end designer brand shopping mall just steps away. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered great facilities, including a gym and spa to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The hotel was lacking in accessible features for those with physical handicaps, which could be improved to cater to a wider range of guests.

Exceptional luxury awaits you at this hotel! the outstanding service and exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the indoor swimming pool is a delight - well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. the spa lounge is relaxing and offers a variety of health and beauty treatments. We especially enjoyed the private facilities in our room, which we won't forget anytime soon.
The restaurant served delicious dinner and a tasty breakfast with friendly staff. Cons: the only minor issue we faced was the limited live entertainment available, but honestly, this is not the reason why we came to this hotel.
